The House of FENDI was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in 1925, with the opening of a handbag and fur workshop in the heart of Rome. Through the helm of the legendary five Fendi sisters Paola, Anna, Franca, Carla and Alda, daughters of the founders, FENDI soon wins international acclaim emerging as a Maison renowned for its craftsmanship and innovation. In 1965, they begin the collaboration with visionary Karl Lagerfeld that lasted 54 years, the longest in fashion history. Fast forward to October 2025, Maria Grazia Chiuri was appointed Chief Creative Officer of FENDI.
