Heir to four generations of Alsatian bakery and pastry-making tradition, Pierre Hermé began his career at the age of 14 as an apprentice to Gaston Lenôtre. Famous all around the world, the man that Vogue called "the Picasso of Pastry" brought taste and modernity to pastry.

With "pleasure as his only guide", Pierre Hermé has invented a unique world of tastes, sensations and pleasures, an original approach to the profession of pastry that has led him to revolutionize even the most firmly entrenched traditions. Founder of "Haute Patisserie" he created Pierre Hermé Paris in 1997, today present in over 10 countries around the world.

Pierre Hermé received the title of “World's Best Pastry Chef” by “The World's 50 Best Restaurants Academy” in June 2016, adding to his long list of prestigious accomplishments.

Together with the first Macau boutique at Studio City, Pierre Hermé Paris in City of Dreams will offer a unique experience – an exquisite selection of macarons and chocolates, sumptuous cakes and much more, with iconic flavor combinations, unique seasonal collections and original ingredients to be discovered.
