""Own Your Beauty Rewards"" (“Promotion”) is organized by DFS Cotai Limitada, a company registered under the laws of Macau SAR with its office address at 1033S1 & 1033S2, Shoppes at Venetian, The Venetian® Macao-Resort Hotel Estrada da Baía de N. Senhora da Esperança, s/n, Cotai Strip , Taipa, Macao SAR, P.R. China (“DFS”).
Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). All participants are bound by these Terms.
To be eligible for the Promotion, an individual must:
- be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of participation; and
- be a member of DFS CIRCLE with a membership linked to either the DFS CIRCLE WeChat Mini Program or the DFS CIRCLE mobile application.
DFS employees and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter the Promotion.
The Promotion will run every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from August 1, 2025 until August 31, 2025, inclusive (""Promotional Period"").
To participate in the Promotion, participants must complete all of the following steps on the same day within the Promotional Period:
1. Present their valid DFS CIRCLE membership and make a single net purchase of MOP 888 or more (“Qualifying Purchase”) at DFS Macau, City of Dreams (“Participating Store”);
2. Obtain QR code(s) (“Entry QR Code(s)”) issued at the DFS cashier in the Participating Store after making the Qualifying Purchase;
3. Visit the designated activation location (""Activation Location"") with the original receipt and the Entry QR Codes(s) of the Qualifying Purchase and;
4. Scan the Entry QR Code(s) at the Activation Location and follow the instructions to participate in the game and redeem a Prize. The game is only limit to one person at a time to participate.
* The following categories and/or brands are excluded from the Qualifying Purchase: Fashion & Accessories: Dior, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Prada.
A valid receipt for a Qualifying Purchase must be machine-printed and include the name of DFS, receipt number, transaction number, transaction date and transaction amount. Receipts that are revised, re-printed, copied, photocopied, handwritten, damaged, altered, or fraudulently obtained (as determined by DFS) receipts are not eligible for the Promotion.
Participants are entitled to one (1) Prize for their participation in the Promotion per every one (1) Qualifying Purchase.
Participants are required to keep the original receipt of the Qualifying Purchase for the purpose of Prize redemption."
The prizes (“Prize(s)”) available in this Promotion are:
1. Grand Prize; 1,800 or above game points : Beauty Hamper Set / City of Dreams Macau MOP 5,000 Consumption Voucher / The house of dancing water tickers x4 (Total value: MOP 75,000, 1 prize per day, total 15 winners)
2. Gold Prize; 1,400-1,700 game points : Beauty Sample / City of Dreams Macau MOP 200 Shopping Voucher (Total value: MOP 234,800, 72 prize per day, total 1080 winners)
3. Sliver Prize; 1,000 - 1,300 game points : DFS MOP 50 Beauty Shopping Voucher / City of Dreams Macau MOP 100 Shopping Voucher / Beauty Sample / DFS Moblie Straps / Starbucks MOP 100 Gift Card/ (Total value: MOP 507,000, 169 prize per day, total 2,535 winners)
  Prizes are subject to availability, and DFS reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize is unavailable for any reason.

Prizes will be awarded based on the participants using the designated hammer to hit the centre point of the corresponding buttons according to the icons displayed on the screen within the specified time to calculate the scores. Prizes are distributed on a first-come-first-served basis subject to availability. Once the allocated prizes for a specific day or category are exhausted, no further prizes will be available for that day or category.
Participants will be immediately notified of the Prize. The Prize or entitlement for collection of the Prize (as the case may be) will be distributed to the winner immediately.
Prizes are strictly for personal use; they cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or used for any commercial purposes whatsoever.
A Prize, or any part of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable for any other benefits, including but not limited to, DFS gift cards, cash or other monetary value, store credits, membership points, complimentary services or other promotions, unless otherwise expressly specified.
If a winner seeks refund for item(s) purchased in the Qualifying Purchase that resulted in winning the Prize, such refund will only be processed if the participant also returns the Prize in its original, unused, unopened, and undamaged condition.
DFS reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to conduct verifications about the participants (including a participant’s identity).
DFS reserves the right to exclude or disqualify, without prior notice, any participant or entry if DFS has reason to believe that the participant is ineligible, has breached a provision of these Terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other serious misconduct that has jeopardized the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion.
Each participant acknowledges that:
a. Participants are responsible for all costs associated with entering this Promotion; DFS is not liable for errors in information transmission or Prize-related issues after redemption.
b. DFS is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or other errors (whether technical or otherwise) that may occur during the Promotion.
c. DFS is not the supplier of the Prizes. Any enquiry or complaint in relation to the Prize should be directed to the relevant supplier. DFS disclaims all responsibility for direct or indirect damage, whether foreseeable or not, caused during the use of a Prize to the extent permitted by law.
d. DFS does not offer any warranty or accept any liability for and on behalf of any third party regarding the use of a Prize.
All winners to the Prizes listed in clause(a) to (b) must agree to sign an acknowledgement letter and allow DFS to take photos of them at the time of collection of the Prize for record and promotional purposes; and all photos taken can be used for promotional purposes in any channel and media by DFS for one (1) year without remuneration. If the winner does not agree, it may result in disqualification for the Prize.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, DFS (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any damage, expenses, costs, liability, injury, claims, or loss whatsoever, whether direct, indirect or consequential, in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
DFS reserves the sole right to interpret these Terms and such interpretation shall be final and conclusive.
In case of any disputes, DFS reserves the right to make the final decision.
In the event of conflicts or inconsistencies between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision in these Terms shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall continue to be valid and binding.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Macao SAR and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of Macao SAR."
