Honored with Michelin two stars and Black Pearl one diamond,  Alain Ducasse at Morpheus will present the "Domaine Dugat-Py Wine Dinner at Alain Ducasse at Morpheus" on November 26. This exclusive event features meticulously crafted seasonal French cuisine paired with rare, old-vine (vieilles vignes) vintages, offering a truly unique sensory journey into the expression of terroir.

Executive Chef Cedric Satabin has specially designed a six-course seasonal menu. The highlight of the evening, the Roe Deer with Juniper and Wild Mushrooms, showcases refined French culinary techniques that lock in the rich, savory flavors of this premium game. This dish is perfectly paired with the Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru Vieilles Vignes 2021, a grand cru masterpiece crafted from vines over 90 years old. Its signature earthy, forest terroir and vibrant berry aromas flawlessly elevate the dish's natural sweetness, exemplifying the sumptuous elegance of haute cuisine.

The evening will feature a curated selection of seven legendary cuvées from Domaine Dugat-Py, a prestigious estate honored with Three Michelin grapes in the 2026 Michelin Wine Guide. Loïc Dugat-Py, the 13th-generation estate owner and winemaker, will also grace this legendary dinner in person. Where culinary mastery meets centuries of heritage, this evening promises an unprecedented feast for the senses.
