As the Chinese New Year approaches, a spirit of renewal fills the air. City of Dreams Macau proudly presents its annual celebration, with this year’s theme "Ride the Wave of Prosperity," offering guests an immersive Chinese New Year journey that blends traditional cultural symbolism with contemporary artistic aesthetics.

Inspired by the noble horse, the centerpiece of Chinese New Year celebrations at City of Dreams channels strength, speed, and auspicious symbolism into a bold visual narrative. At a towering height of over 11 meters, a majestic horse rises prominently in the center of the garden, symbolizing leadership and forward momentum. Surrounding it, seven horses gallop through the landscape, adorned with golden and silver blooms to joyfully welcome the Chinese New Year. A 7.5-meter-tall horse stands majestically alongside a bright golden pony, contrasting grand and petite, dynamic and serene, to symbolize both the bold aspirations of the New Year and the warmth of family reunion. This richly festive setting provides the perfect backdrop for guests to capture cherished family moments, while expressing wishes for prosperity and success in the year ahead. At the Cotai Strip Entrance, two sculptural horses appear to race across a reflective water feature, their fluid forms enhanced by light and shadow to embody the auspicious meaning of "riding the waves to success."
