Voyages continue its exciting journey, now exploring the French flavours. Starting November 6th, Voyages by Alain Ducasse will showcase bistro favourites, using market ingredients and expert techniques. Chef Anthony Bacle will take Voyages to new culinary pinnacles, with a generous and contemporary French cuisine, revisiting classics such as Parisian-style beef tartare, cheese soufflé, onion soup, roasted French chicken and Koulibiac salmon. A fresh and skillful take on classical French cuisine, where guests can indulge in familiar dishes make memories in a vibrant and modern setting.
