The Promotion period of this package (“Package”) lasts until May 29, 2026 (date inclusive). Black-out dates applied.
This Package includes one (1) House of Dancing Water show (the “Show”) ticket and one (1) dining e-voucher for a designated restaurant.
This Package is subject to availability and is only applicable on selected dates and must be reserved at least twenty-four (24) hours before Show starts. Once the transaction is completed or the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason.
Guests shall present the dining e-voucher at the designated restaurant to redeem either as MOP 400 in consumption value or a selected set menu / lunch buffet on the show day or the day after. The Voucher is excusive for dine-in orders only.
It is required to make reservation before visiting the restaurant; the seating arrangements are subject to availability. For details and specific operation hours, please visit official website or contact the restaurant.
This Package, including the Show ticket and the MOP400 dining e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other items, is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable, non–refundable, not for sale or resale, and cannot be used partially.
If lost or stolen, the ticket of the Package will not be replaced or reissued. If damaged, manipulated, copied, handwritten, forged, water damaged and/or altered in any way, or if containing any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographic error, the ticket and the exchange voucher of the Package will be considered invalid and will not be eligible for use. Copies, screenshots and/or photos are considered invalid and will not be accepted.
The Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, coupons, vouchers, consumption rebates, credit, promotions, or discounts.
Show Tickets for any additional guests must be purchased separately on a full fare basis.
For children of two years old or below may be exempted from the requirement of holding a ticket to enter the Dancing Water Theater without occupying a seat with the present of a valid ID. Each adult can only accompany one child free of ticket.
The Show Ticket included in the package are governed by the House of Dancing Water Terms and Conditions. Guests are advised to review these terms and conditions carefully, with particular attention to provisions concerning Show amendments, including but not limited to cancellations and rescheduling. COD Resorts Limited reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of House of Dancing Water (including but not limited to the Conditions of Entry of the Dancing Water Theater) without prior notice.
For safety reasons, children under the age of twelve (12) must be accompanied by an adult who shall be solely responsible for such child’s care and conduct at the Dancing Water Theater.
COD Resorts Limited, Studio City Developments Limited and Grand Hyatt Macau reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to the use, suspension and cancellation of this Promotion, the Package, the F&B set and/or the exchange voucher) without prior notice.
All matters and disputes, including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, will be subject to the final decision of COD Resorts Limited.
In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
