Jade Dragon Golden Autumn Hairy Crab Feast with French Yellow Wine

Let us take your Chinese fine-dining experience to a new level! João Pires, member of the world’s most prestigious and exclusive Court of Master Sommeliers, will join hands with Michelin-starred chef Tam Kwok Fung at Jade Dragon to present the Exquisite Hairy Crab Dinner. An exclusive selection of Jura wine from Frédéric Lornet, including the rare and precious yellow wine, will be paired with hairy crabs of the highest quality and other outstanding dishes by Chef Tam including Pan-seared Kobe Wagyu Beef with Truffle Salt and Fish Maw with Crab meat Dumplings in Chicken Broth.

Frédéric Lornet is known for using grapes of unique varieties to create some of the rarest wines including the Trousseau, Macvin Blanc du Jura, Vin de Paille and Crémant du Jura Rosé; but the rarest of all is the Arbois Vin Jaune. The 2005 vintage selected by João Piresis is complex, full bodied and intense, perfectly complementing the delicate crab dishes of the evening.
