1.		Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
2.		Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
3.		Full package amount will be charged to the authorized credit card provided upon reservation. No cancellation or amendment is allowed after booking confirmation. Full package amount will be forfeited for any amendment, cancellation or failure to check-in on the confirmed stay date.
4.		Double occupancy at Crown Towers includes a room for 2 persons, breakfast for 2 persons and green fee for 2 persons.
5.		Double occupancy at Hard Rock Hotel includes sharing accommodation for 2 persons, breakfast for 2persons and green fee for 2 persons. Twin room can be arranged for an additional HK$250 plus 15% service charge and government tax per room per night.
6.		Double occupancy at Grand Hyatt Macau - includes sharing 1 night stay in a Grand Deluxe King room, breakfast and green fee for 2 persons. Twin room can be arranged at an additional $200 plus 15% service charge and government tax per room per night.
7.		Packages include green fee for a round of 18 holes golf, club facilities, golf cart (may have to share with other golfers) with a cooler box, caddie service and a bottle of distilled water.
8.		A supplement charge of HK$700 to green fee applies on Sunday.
9.		If cancellation is announced by Caesars Golf due to weather condition and golf course maintenance before golfers’ tee time, and if the game cannot be rescheduled during their stay, MOP1,000 City of Dreams F&B vouchers will be offered instead.
10.		Packages are available on Sunday to Thursday ONLY.
