He has pioneered Asian cuisine in the West and is known for his personal charisma that has earned him many fans. As a City of Dreams Ambassador, he has collaborated with Michelin-star Chef Tam Kwok-fung to create the exclusive "Exquisite Eight Specials" Menu.
